Mine Your Existing Customers

An already existing customer is like a gold mine. You don’t just visit it once and leave the rest of the gold for others to mine. Instead, you dig deeper and deeper until you know you’ve gotten as much gold as there was available to be mined. Some marketers make the mistake of constantly selling to new customers and ignoring those that have already bought from them. This is a huge mistake, as once a person buys (no matter how small the purchase), they are far more likely to buy from you again.
Consider the costs versus profits of selling to a new prospect versus an existing client. You have to locate new people, you have to market them into your site, and then you have to overcome their objections to make the sale. All of this is already done with existing customers and they can represent your best bet for increasing your bottom line.
