Courting Your Customer List

Like an attentive boyfriend trying to woo his sweetheart, you can play the part of a suitor with your customer list. That means that you will be helpful to them, and make sure their needs are met. You will pay attention to what they have to say and try to solve their problems for them. And, you will at times offer them sweet nothings because you just like them and appreciate them.
Make anyone feel special and they will eventually fall under your spell. Online this can be a little harder to do, but not impossible. Instead of an attentive sales clerk, you offer the clever copy with deals that are hard to refuse. In each newsletter or email you make sure to send them some free bits of information, software, or coupons to help the buyer feel appreciated and paid attention to. Pretty soon, they will be falling for you and your products.
